Old Fashion Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Pour
    sugar
    and
    milk in heavy saucepan and stir until sugar is\tdissolved.
    Heat
    to boiling, then take out 1 cup of the syrup
    and\tdissolve the cocoa in it.
    Return to saucepan and cook until it reaches a temperature of 238\u00b0 or until soft ball stage. Remove and cool.
    When cold add vanilla and salt. Beat
    until creamy
    and
    dull.\tAdd
    nuts and turn on buttered dish.
    Cut into squares.
