Golden Ambrosia Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients (except pecans and coconut) in large bowl, mixing well.
    Stir in pecans and coconut.
    Pour mixture into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0 until crust is golden and center is set. Cool completely on wire rack.
    Makes 8 servings.
