Baked Stuffed Mushrooms With Ricotta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 large fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 medium eggs
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Wipe the mushrooms.
Remove the stems and finely chop them. Mix the mushrooms with the bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, eggs, Ricotta, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Fill each mushroom cap with the stuffing.
Place on a shallow pan.
Drizzle olive oil over each one.
Bake on highest rack in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
