Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple in juice, drained, reserving 3 Tbsp. pineapple jucie
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and juice; heat over low heat until some of the sugar melts.
    Stir in pineapple and cheese.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish, place the crushed crackers on top and drizzle margarine over the crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
