Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water and salt, until dry.
    Chop onion, put in rice with eggs and parsley.
    Heat cheese in milk and oil over low heat until cheese melts.
    Bake in covered dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir 2 or 3 times.
    Uncover and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
