Brucholoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beef or veal top round steaks (1/4 inch thick)
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 large cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (1 1/2 oz.)
    1 medium onion, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
    2 hard-cooked eggs, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    favorite spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 375\u00b0.
    Place steaks on cutting board; trim fat.
    If meat has a bone, cut straight below bone.
    Pound steaks to
    about
    1/8 inch thick.
    (Take care not to tear.) In medium bowl
    combine
    bread
    crumbs, eggs, garlic and cheese. Pat mixture evenly over pounded steaks, leaving 1 inch border at edges.
    Scatter
    onion
    and
    green pepper over bread crumb mixture.
    Top with hard-cooked eggs.
