Freezer Ice Cream (Uncooked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tall cans evaporated milk
    1/2 gal. homogenized milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light; beat in sugar and salt.\tStir in evaporated\tmilk,
    homogenized
    milk
    and
    vanilla.
    Pour into gallon-size
    ice
    cream
    freezer
    canister.
    Pack freezer with crushed ice
    and
    1/8
    part ice cream salt.
    Turn hand freezer until hard\tor
    use electric freezer.
    Recipe may be varied by adding
    crushed fruit before freezing or toppings may be used. If I
    use
    sweetened
    fruit, I just use 2 cups of sugar and do not use the vanilla.
