Indian Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat milk, add corn meal, add molasses and cook on
    low for 10 - 15 minutes.
    Add cinnamon, ginger and salt.
    Pour into casserole dish, baking at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
