Aunt Eva'S Party Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large egg yolks
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 envelope gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 large angel cake
    whipped cream (for top)
Preparation
    Make custard of the following:
    egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and rind.
    Cook in double boiler until it thickens.
