Roast Beef Sandwich Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked roast beef
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. pickle relish
    dash of salt and pepper
    4 slices toasted rye bread
    4 slices Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Stir together the beef, mayonnaise, pickle relish, salt and pepper.
    Place about 1/3 cup mixture on each slice of toast.
    Top each with a slice of cheese.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
