Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 c. butter (oleo), melted
    2 c. cornflake crumbs (may use 1 c. cornflake crumbs and 1/2 c. oleo)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until just done.
    Put 1/4 cup butter (oleo) in casserole and melt.
    Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, onions and green peppers and put in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Mix together oleo and crumbs and put over potatoes and bake 15 minutes more.
