Fruit And Nut Balls(Health Food) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried figs, ground
    1/2 c. dates, ground
    1 c. pecans, ground
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine fruits, nuts, lemon juice and rind.
    Blend well and roll into small balls.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
    Makes about 36 balls.
