Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. molasses
    5 Tbsp. melted oleo or butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cold water
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine egg, sugar, molasses, butter and water.
    Mix well. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, ginger and salt.
    Add molasses mixture.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
