Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large flour tortilla
    2 fresh mushrooms
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 fresh tomato
    3/4 c. cheese of choice (low-fat!!)
    1/4 c. diced green onion
    any other vegetable you want
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms.
    Steam broccoli and cauliflower together in a pan.
    Drain and set aside.
    Slice tomato and set aside.
    Grate cheese and set aside.
    Dice green onions and set aside.
    Place flour tortilla on ungreased pan.
    Layer veggies on tortilla: broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions and tomato.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese is melted.
    Ready to eat!!
