Sweet Potato Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
4 eggs

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Grease muffin tins and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
