Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
dash of garlic salt
strawberry preserves for center

Preparation

Peel cucumbers; core if seeds are large.
Soak cucumbers overnight in lime water.
Lime water = 2 cups lime to 1 gallon water.
Rinse and soak 3 more hours.
