Hot Mexican Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-sized white onion, chopped
    8 to 10 Serrano peppers, steamed and chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 c. coarsely chopped cilantro
    4 medium to large ripe tomatoes
    2 tsp. cumin
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Using blender, process onion, peppers and garlic together until finely chopped.
    Mix in cilantro, tomatoes and cumin. Mixture should be liquid, but smooth and thick.
    Season with salt. Serve with any dish.
