Scott'S Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. each: allspice, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, seasoned salt and sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cola
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/3 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. barbecue sauce (optional)
1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef brisket
Preparation

Combine the dry seasonings and set aside.
Place brisket in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic bag.
Combine cola and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
