Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecan pieces
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine corn syrup, sugar and margarine.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
When mixture has cooled, add vanilla and beaten eggs, mixing well.
Place pecans in unbaked pie shell.
Carefully pour syrup over the pecans.
Bake 1 hour or until center is set.
If crust starts to get too brown, make a ring of aluminum foil and cover crust.
