Roasted Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh asparagus
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Herbs of Provence
Preparation
    Wash and trim asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and salt, pepper, and Herbs of Provence. Roast in a 425\u00b0 oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until desired tenderness. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when done. Serve 4.
