Oven Veal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

frozen veal patties
1 large head cabbage
2 large onions
2 large bell peppers
mushrooms (optional)
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop vegetables into large pieces and put into large roasting pan.
Add salt and pepper; stir.
Pour tomato juice over mixture. Place frozen veal patties on top.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0 until veggies are done.
Can cut veggies smaller and the mixture will be like soup.
