Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
1 (49 oz.) large can chicken broth
salt to taste
1/4 c. butter or oleo
2 c. milk
Preparation

Chop broccoli in small pieces.
Frozen broccoli may be used. Add broccoli to chicken broth and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer.
Chop onion and celery fine and saute in 1/4 cup butter until soft.
Add to broth.
Do not boil.
Thicken with flour and water.
Cubes of Velveeta may be added during last phase of cooking.
