Puerco Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. undrained jalapeno peppers
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
4 (4 oz.) boneless pork loin chops or pork tenderloin
1 tsp. oil or Pam
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container and puree. Marinate chops in mixture for 8 to 12 hours.
(Can be done up to 24 hours, but will be very hot!)
Heat oil in skillet (or spray with Pam).
Scrape marinade off meat and discard.
Pan-broil chops 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Serve with a vegetable and/or salad and rice.
Serves 4.
