No Cholesterol Popover - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Grease muffin pans.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix at medium speed, egg whites until frothy.
    Beat in milk and margarine until blended.
    Add flour and beat until batter is smooth.
    Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
    Bake 50 minutes then make a small slit in top of each popover to let out steam.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
    70 calories each.
