Grilled Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken legs
8 chicken thighs
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 bottles soy sauce (small)
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, to make marinade. Use a glass container for marinade.
Cook chicken in water for about 20 minutes, covered.
Remove from water and place in marinade.
Refrigerate not less than 4 hours.
Broil over charcoal fire until done.
