Applesauce Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 egg
    2/3 c. applesauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into 10 oblong meat balls.
    Place in a long baking dish.
    Mix 1/2 cup water with 1/2 cup catsup and pour over meatballs.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
