Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. summer squash
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herbal stuffing mix
    2 sticks melted butter
    1 grated carrot
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine sour cream, soup and carrot.
    Fold into squash mixture and add Parmesan cheese.
    Mix melted butter with stuffing mix.
    Take out 1 cup for topping.
    Put in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
