Herb Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. herbs
    2 c. white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Place fresh, clean herbs in a clean jar with clamp top lid. Bring 2 cups of vinegar to boil and pour over herbs.
    Seal and leave to infuse for at least 2 weeks, shaking jar occasionally. To store: strain vinegar into clean jar or bottle and seal with cork.
