Roast Or Steak On Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with meat tenderizer and pound or pierce meat with fork.
    Turn over and do other side.
    Place meat on grill; turn about every 5 minutes and baste each time.
    Cooking time depends on thickness of meat and how well you like it done.
