Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. mushrooms, cubed
    1 pt. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    Boil mushrooms and celery in water to cover for 3/4 of an hour.
    Melt butter; blend in milk, cream and flour.
    Heat and season to suit taste.
