Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    4 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. jumbo shells
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix spinach, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg and pepper; set aside.
