Sweet Potato Pie And Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Stir together sweet potatoes, cinnamon, honey and chopped pecans.
Then add rest of ingredients and mix together with a hand mixer very well.
Add this mixture to unbaked pie shell (recipe follows).
Bake for 60 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
