Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. potatoes
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
2 sticks butter
1 block Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (twice)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation

Boil unpeeled potatoes for approximately 20 minutes or until soft.
