Chile Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 tomatillos
    2 to 3 Serrano chiles
    chopped cilantro to taste
    1 1/2 lb. pork roast, chopped
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Boil tomatillos and chiles until soft.
    Add cilantro and boil 3 to 5 minutes, then blend solids until smooth.
    Brown pork roast. Add meat to sauce with garlic and simmer in crock-pot all day. Serve with flour tortillas or as burritos.
