Fresh Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. carton plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg or ground ginger
3 c. assorted sliced fresh fruit (pineapple chunks, strawberries, apple slices and peaches)
Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, applesauce, powdered sugar, vanilla and spice.
To serve, spear fruit with toothpick, then dip into yogurt mixture.
Makes 6 (3 tablespoon) servings.
