Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne or red pepper
    1 lb. Swiss or Colby cheese
    2 or 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped zucchini
    2 pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix well eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Toss cheese with flour; add to milk mixture.
    Mix; add vegetables.
    Mix and pour in pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
