Bacon Biscuit Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
    8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed until blended. Stir in cheese and chopped onion. Separate biscuits into 10 portions. Pat each biscuit into a 5-inch circle and press into greased muffin cups, forming a 1/4 inch edge. Sprinkle with half of bacon, and spoon cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 22 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining bacon, lightly pressing into filling. Remove from pan and serve warm.
