Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    veggie spray
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    1 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine juice with cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar and pepper.
    Spray pan; saut bell pepper and onion until tender crisp. Remove vegetables and cook chicken.
    Stir in vinegar mixture. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is thick. Add vegetables and pineapple; heat and serve over rice.
