Magic Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) baby carrots
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. rum or rum flavoring
Preparation

Drain carrots.
Melt butter in a saucepan; add sugar, rum or rum flavoring and carrots.
Simmer until sauce just begins to thicken and carrots are glazed.
Makes 4 servings.
