Crisp Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1/4 c. low-fat margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters
Preparation
    Mix dry soup mix, margarine and pepper together.
    Add potatoes and stir.
    Pour potatoes with mixture onto a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
