Shepherd Pie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
1/2 c. peas
2 Tbsp. vinegar
cornstarch
mashed potatoes

Preparation

Brown hamburger and salt and pepper to taste.
Add peas and vinegar.
Add just enough Bisto (Canadian flavored cornstarch) or use regular cornstarch, just enough to make it stick together. Put mashed potatoes on top, flavored with butter, garlic salt and salt and pepper.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
