Cabbage, Cabbage And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head green cabbage
1/4 head red cabbage
4 to 8 carrots (as desired)
1/2 c. apple juice or orange juice or combination of both
1/4 to 3/4 c. low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
1 to 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 to 4 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
Preparation

Shred cabbage and carrots into large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the taste and stir until blended.
Refrigerate in covered bowl until crispy.
