Apple Stuffing For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 apples, peeled, cored and diced
    1/4 c. diced salt pork
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Fry salt pork until crisp, remove salt pork from skillet. Cook celery, onion and parsley in pan with fat from salt pork until tender.
    Add diced apples, sprinkle with sugar, cover and cook until juice evaporates and apples are candied.
    Add other ingredients and finish cooking.
    Stuff your fish, season with salt and pepper and lemon juice to taste.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
