Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, well beaten
1 (3 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and half can of coconut.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Chill.
Top with remaining coconut.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
