Cowpuncher Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place ground beef and onion in a 2-quart glass casserole dish, mixing well.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes, stirring once.
    Add the next 5 ingredients, mixing well.
    Microwave on Medium for 7 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Microwave on Medium for 4 minutes. Serve over noodles.
