Oatmeal-Coconut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oats
3/4 c light or dark corn syrup
1 c. flaked coconut
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shell and bake 45 to 50 minutes until top and crust is golden brown.
