Pineapple And Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1 (No. 3) can cubed pineapple
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well and use juice with the following.
    Beat egg; add sugar, flour and vinegar.
    Slowly add juice and cook until thick.
    Cool.
    The dressing should be real thick.
    Add the pineapple and cheese.
    Chill and serve.
