John'S Coconut Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. granulated white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugars and vanilla.
    Add egg and mix until smooth.
    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together and add to the creamed mixture.
    Blend in rolled oats, cornflakes and coconut.
    Drop from teaspoon on cookie sheet.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
