Zesty Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. crushed peppercorns
    2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced into strips
    1/2 c. fruit vinegar
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    zest of 1/2 lemon
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Combine olive oil, vinegar, pepper, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice and sliced peppers in a mixing bowl.
    Add chicken and combine well.
    Marinate for 1 hour, stirring mixture after 1/2 hour.
    Saute in large skillet for 10 minutes on medium-high, covered, until chicken is just done.
    Spoon chicken and sauce over a bed of risotto or egg noodles to serve.
