Shrimp A La Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato paste
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Split shrimp and season with salt, black pepper and cayenne. Set aside.
    Heat oil in heavy pot and cook onions and celery until wilted.
    Add tomato sauce and paste and water.
    Cook about 40 minutes or until oil comes to the top.
    Add shrimp, bell pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, black pepper and cayenne.
    Cook 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
